- Eligibility for OTP and other sports incentives depends on fulfilling prescribed sports norms and conditions under extant guidelines, provided the employee represents Indian Railways or the country in recognized game disciplines.
- This benefit is admissible regardless of the employee’s initial mode of recruitment.
- Employees recruited through the Sports Quota, Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs), or any other mode are eligible for consideration, provided they meet the required sports norms and policy conditions.
Supersession: This official instruction supersedes all prior instructions and clarifications issued by the Railway Board on this matter.
